Galen College Board
The Board is an elected body of parents and staff who assist and advise the Principal on achieving our aims through our Strategic Plan based on the Sandhurst School Improvement Framework;
Parents' Association
The Parents' Association is open to all parents and friends of the College. The Association has special responsibility for management of the Tuckshop, Uniform Shop, major fundraising activities and other College activities.The Parents' Association plays a vital planning and organisational role in organizing the Year 12 Graduation Dinner, Year 11 Debutante Balls, various social events, attending Masses, excursions, concerts, swimming carnivals, athletics days and other celebrations.

The Parent Association meets twice per term, the Tuesday of the 2nd week of school and the Tuesday of the 9th week of school.
