Well done to all Galen students who participated in the Hume Athletics carnival at Albury on the 13th of October. Many of our students achieved personal bests throughout the day and we brought home a swag of medals against very good competition.
It was fantastic to see all of our students striving to achieve their best, whilst also competing in a ‘Galen’ like manner.
Congratulations to the following students who won their particular event and will now compete in the State championships on the 25th of October at the State Athletics Centre.

Thanks must go to Ms Clarke, Mrs Fulford, Michael Clark and Dj’Lisa Wyllie for their supervision and support of the students throughout the day. Without continued support from staff, some of the sporting opportunities enjoyed by Galen students may not exist.
