Students tour Parliament of Victoria

On Wednesday 27th June, students from Mrs White’s Yr 10 Economics and Politics class, and students from Mr Turnbull’s Politics Club, headed down to Melbourne for an organized tour of the Parliament of Victoria,  Spring St, Melbourne.

The students enjoyed the entertaining tour of the Parliament, learning new information about the Legislative Council and Assembly, and applying their knowledge previously learnt. Thankfully Noah was happy to take the lead in answering the questions, and Jess was excited to play the role of the Premier.

Students then enjoyed some lunch in Melbourne, before heading home to Wangaratta. Thanks to Mr Turnbull for coming along, and our friendly bus driver, Andy, for getting us home safely.
